1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing Interval Matrix Pro ("App") or bestguitarchannel.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) or Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Subscription and Free Trial Terms

Interval Matrix Pro offers subscription options and a lifetime purchase tier:

• Free Trial: Selected subscription tiers may include a 3-day free trial. If not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period, your account will be charged the selected subscription rate.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Subscription Settings.

3. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, fretboard visualization models, color matrix mappings, algorithms, and branding are the proprietary intellectual property of Jimmy Hudson and Best Guitar Channel. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Best Guitar Channel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
